The Students should be punctual and should strictly follow their respective class timings.
Beside other rules of the institute involvement in the following activities shall force the management to take strict action against the student.
Breach of any rule of public moral such as used of filthy on indecent language.
Disorderly behaviour, such as shouting, abusing, quarrelling, fighting and insolence.
Any misconduct, irregularity in attendance, idleness, unsatisfactory result in studies etc will render a student liable to disciplinary action including expulsion on rustication from the institute.
Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited inside and outside the campus.
Parents should see the result graph in the report card when signing the report card. If the graph is sloping downwards then they should consult about their wards studies.
Parents should not engage their ward in any other courses (i.e Language or Computer Courses) during their session at Aligarh Collegiate because this act can effect their wards’ studies.
Parents should ask their child for checked test paper.
Parents should immediately inform the management about any changes in his/her postal address or telephone number.
Parents / Guardian must carefully go through the weekly tests schedule and shall prepare their children for the test in their own supervision and persuade them for hard work.
Parents should not permit their ward for a leave on their respective test day.
Parents should not ask for an immediate leave of their ward during their respective class timing.
If according to parents’ desire, the ward does not attend the class due to most vehement condition then very next day he/she should appear for a Retest.
If the students get absent from the institute, he/she should follow the next day by an application written and signed by their Parents /Guardian.
Parents should cooperate with Aligarh’s faculty for their child’s progress in their studies.
Parents should keep a watch full eye on their children’s dressing. The way they dress should be according to our Islam and Shariat.
